Universal rope winch F280.50 max 50 kN

The P50.U universal rope winch from OMAC Italy designed primarily for pulling a single rope when laying overhead as well as underground transmission lines with a maximum pull of up to 5 tons (50 kN).

A single hydraulic circuit primarily allows continuous speed change in both directions with a single control device.

A pair of steel winches with several grooves suitable primarily for pulling a single steel or synthetic rope.

The winch is also equipped with:

• • Hydraulic brake ideal for safety.
  • The chassis, on the other hand, is with rigid axle, tires, hand brake and hitch suitable for low-speed towing.
  • Hydraulic rear stabilizer and manual front stabilizers.
  • Equipment necessary for anchoring and lifting.
  • Heat exchanger for collecting oil in the hydraulic circuit.

Spool capacity of wire rope winch:

⌀ 16mm – 850 m
⌀ 14 mm – 1100 m
⌀12 mm – 1500 m

Each machine manufactured by Omac is also equipped with an electronic DEG recorder with a USB port for recording all data as option 069.2.

It can also be equipped with an OLS system that allows remote control of the machine, WI-FI connection, GPS Geolocation, fault detection system and much more.

Main functions of the control panel include:

• • real-time display of pulling force, speed and cable length,
  • setting maximum pulling force,
  • display of operating hours,
  • recording and storing data on a flash drive (data processing software provided).
