Mobile air compressor ideal for sandblasting devices with a nozzle diameter of 8-9 mm and for HDPE pipe blowing machines.

The MDVN 46 Eco 5 mobile air compressor is a new, more modern design with a more aggressive and streamlined appearance.

It’s a narrow box-like structure.

The zinc-plated body and chassis undergo an advanced painting process, providing excellent protection for a long service life.

In addition, the presented sandblasting compressor has a very low weight, which makes it ideal for easy handling without sacrificing performance.

The standard version of screw compressor comes with:

• The operating noise of the machine is at the lowest level, which corresponds to the latest standards.
• Exchangeable filters facilitate quick maintenance.
• The greatly enlarged air/oil separator filter ensures perfect separation of air and oil.
• On the other hand, access to the devices is adapted to quick maintenance and service activities.
• The sandblasting version includes compressed air cooling “BS” and an automatic condensate separator, primarily to ensure the supply of already dried air.
• The compressor has a protection device for cold starting of the diesel engine.
• European approval for traffic routes with braking system (possible version without braking system).
• A highly effective pneumatic control system developed by Rotair and used primarily to automatically regulate engine speed. This system is reliable and ensures low fuel consumption.
• Ideal especially for industrial sandblasters.
