Mobile diesel air compressor Rotair MDVN 37K is a modern, narrow box-type structure. It is powered by a diesel engine from the Japanese manufacturer Kubota

This solution is specially tailored to:

• powering pneumatic hammers
• sandblasting with a nozzle with a diameter of 7 mm
• mole punching with a diameter of 130 mm.

Spin-on filters facilitate quick maintenance. By using high-quality air filters, the screw compressor provides very good air quality.

Standard compressor equipment:

• Double radiator, enabling cooling of the compressor oil and cooling of the engine fluid
• The housing and chassis of this diesel compressor are galvanized and subject to an advanced painting procedure that provides excellent protection over a long period of use.
• Exceptionally effective pneumatic control system developed by ROTAIR; this system is used to automatically regulate the engine speed depending on the volume of supplied air
• Spin-on filters for quick maintenance, with full accessibility to facilitate quick maintenance and service
• “INTELLIGENT SYSTEM” Start/Stop, provided by ROTAIR – prevents the risk of incorrect procedures when using a screw compressor
• Single-stage enlarged air filter for the compressor ensuring good filtering of the incoming air using the AIR END drive system engine; optional, two-stage engine air filter
• Pre-filter with water divider and another filter for cleaning fuel in dusty environments
• Double radiator enabling cooling of the compressor oil and engine fluid
• The compressor is fully approved for operation in the field and on public roads.
