Cooler for Rotair Dry-Air Bag compressor 2000 l/min with integrated cyclone separator up to 16 bar

The Dry-Air Bag from Rotair is a comprehensive, portable solution for the final treatment of compressed air from an internal combustion compressor.
Designed for use in applications requiring dry compressed air – sandblasting, fibre optic blowing, mole tunnelling and pneumatic hammers.

The device combines an aftercooler with a cyclonic water separator and an automatic condensate drain valve, and is additionally equipped with a 12 V fan, powered directly from the compressor connector.

Functionality:

  • The most efficient cooler in its class on the market – enables immediate separation of condensate
  • Renowned Parker cyclone separator – operates without wear parts and maintenance, removes 99.9% of water from compressed air
  • Integrated Parker automatic condensate drain – eliminates the need for manual drainage of condensate from the separator
  • 12 V fan – supports heat exchange, ensuring stable operating conditions for equipment, equipped with an XLR plug for connection to the compressor
  • 20 kg fully galvanised and powder-coated construction – easy integration with the compressor unit in field conditions

Application:

Mainly used in small, portable combustion (screw) compressors with a maximum capacity of 2 m3/min – for example, Rotair VRK 20 and VRK Fibra series.
