Each of the capstan tensioners offered by OMAC,
is standard equipped with:
- One pair (or two) of steel winches lined with multi-groove special anti-slip material
- Machine control panel with large color graphic display and USB port. Main features include display of pull force, real-time cable speed and length, maximum pull force settings, run time display, data recording and storage on a USB flash drive.
- Low stress control device (2-20 kN), specially adapted to fiber optic lines
- Switching winches to freewheel (neutral)
- Hydraulic safety brake
- Two rear cable guides with nylon rollers
- Rigid axle chassis with handbrake and detachable drawbar for moving the machine around the job site
- Stabilizers and attachment for anchoring the machine
- Oil cooler in the hydraulic circuit
