Refrigeration dryer FRIULAIR FCT 8 – 0.85 m3/min

The company FRIULAIR, has expanded its offer with refrigeration dryer from the FCT series, introducing a new range of coolers with the latest R513A refrigerant.

Based on the proven, long-standing ACT range of refrigerant coolers, it is characterized by low energy consumption, even under extreme load conditions. This is thanks to the use of a reduced pressure drop in the ALU-DRY exchanger, the latest generation compressors, a control valve, a hot gas bypass and capacitive drains (standard from FCT180 and optional for smaller sizes).

The FCT ECO-FRIENDLY series cooler and dryer with refrigerant circulation has been recently developed to replace traditional refrigerants with the latest generation. R513a refrigerant gas has a low environmental impact (GWP = 613 tons CO2/eq), in accordance with applicable European and international regulations.

The FCT series is primarily:

• Lower pressure drop even with load fluctuations
• Lower pressure dew point at different load conditions
• ALU DRY aluminum heat exchanger
• High efficiency compressor
• Large size condenser unit
• DMC34 Modbus RS485 digital controller. The operation of the cooler and dehumidifier is monitored by a digital thermometer in the control panel.
• R513A refrigerant compressor thermal protection
• Automatic condensing pressure control
• The large size of the condenser ensures maximum efficiency of the refrigerant circuit and the ability to work with changes in ambient conditions.
• Hot gas bypass valve that prevents ice from forming inside the evaporator at any load.
