Complaints procedure and return policy
Return policy and procedures related to complaints:
- Read the service regulations and warranty conditions
- If you are a direct customer of our company, send a complaint using the complaint form to the address shop@powerenergy.com.pl.
- Please provide a detailed description of the fault in your request.
- Wait for our service to contact us in order to clarify any ambiguities.
- After contacting our service, prepare the package. Pack the goods in the original packaging, if required by the regulations. Attach a copy of the purchase document and the original warranty card, if issued.
- Send the package to the warranty service by courier, post (according to the regulations), or deliver the goods in person to the service address.
